This massive Memorial Complex was erected in 1977 to celebrate the memories of whom who falled during the Russian- Turkish Liberation War.
This brutalist monument reached 50 feet tall and includes giants statues of a Russian officer alongside six Bulgarian fighters which represent the six units that joined the Russians in the fight.
