House of Culture (German: Kulturhaus) in Zinnowitz, relic of the former German Democratic Republic and example of Socialist Classicism. Houses of Culture were major club-houses in the USSR and the Eastern bloc. They provided room for all kinds of recreational activities.
Located in Usedom, a Baltic Sea island, the House of Culture housed a theatre, cinema, dance hall, library and canteen.
Even though it has fallen into ruins, it was classified as a historical monument in 2007.
